An Interview with Dr. Sandy Derringer...

Dr. Derringer has two daughters, whom she says are wonderful. Their names are Emily, who is in seventh grade and Erica, who is in fifth grade. She has two horses that she loves. Dr. Derringer and her partner, Dr. McGlone, live on the outskirts of town. She says the least know fact about her is she and Dr. McGlone have been married for 21 years. Their favorite thing to do is ride horses at the Horse Center in Union. Both Dr.’s Derringer and McGlone were born in West Palm Beach, in Florida, but went to dental school in Louisville. She has been a dentist for 11 years, while Dr. McGlone has been one for 10 years. Some on the things she does are looking at people’s heads, necks, and jaws. She also looks at what most dentists look at: teeth. Derringer says her favorite part about her job is meeting nice and wonderful people and restoring them to oral health. She’s most excited about her brand new office being built on Highway 42. Another interesting fact about her is she bought Dr. McGlone fake teeth for Halloween. So now he wears those teeth when he is at work, working on patients. So if you’re in need of a good dentist go to either Dr. Derringer or Dr. McGlone.
